How privacy works here
OndaDeSurf can be read without creating a relationship record. There are no user accounts, registration screens, or login credentials. The pages contain no contact forms, comments, surveys, upload controls, or search box. Because none of those input features exists, the publication does not ask readers to type personal information into the site.
The technical arrangement is equally spare. OndaDeSurf Media serves static HTML and sets no cookies. No OndaDeSurf code performs analytics, fires a tracking pixel or advertising tag, or profiles visitor behavior. An article is not tailored according to a stored visitor profile, and the site does not build one for later use.
No shopping data
Nothing is sold on OndaDeSurf. There is no checkout, paid membership, or order flow, and the site never handles payment or card details. Readers should treat any request for that information as unrelated to the publication because the actual pages have no mechanism or purpose for receiving it.
Messages and the public index
No email address is published. The decision is intentional: public addresses on small sites tend to collect automated mail and pitches, while an inbox that is not read consistently misleads people who expect a reply. OndaDeSurf also accepts no guest posts, contributed articles, or unsolicited drafts, and it does not take requests to add, alter, or delete links in published pieces.
The home page lists the whole article catalogue. It provides access to every item without a search query, cookie, or sign-in. The privacy position described here follows directly from that structure and contains no borrowed promises about newsletters, preference centres, or customer records that the site does not have.
